Ramzan ke shoro hone se phely he Ramzan ki tayari shoro hojate hai...wo aise ke ghar main khane ka saman jama hona shoro hojata hai...masaley bana'ay jaty hian...ziada tur khane pakane ke bare main he socha jata hai ke...Sehri main kiya banaye..Aftari main kiya banaye...tu app sub yeh bataya ke...app ke ghar mian kiya kiya banta hai Sehri or Aftari main:thmbup: ...or jo kuch banta hai ager inki recipes bhi sath hon tu kiya he baat hai janab :p

ager kisi ko recipe nahi ate tu bhi bus bata day ke kiya banta hai:D ...tu fir shooro hojaye hamary kitchen main bhi ronak hone chahye na :eye:

~*~Chicken Cheese Samosa ~*~


Ingredients :

chicken boiled ( shred ki hoi) 2 cups
spring onion square mein katee hoi 1 cup
capsicum square mein katee hoi 1 cup
cheddar cheese 2 cups
black pepper 1 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
oil for frying
samosa Patti 1 packet
maida 2 Tbsp
water thora sa


Method:

1-chicken boil ker ke us ko shred ker lein
2-Aik pan mein thora sa oil lay ke germ kerein us mein Pehley capsicum dal ker fry kerein us ke baad spring onion dal ker fry kerein us mein thora salt aur black pepper daalain , thanda honey ke liye rakh dein ,
3-Aik bowl mein chicken lein us mein fry ki hoi vegetables daalain phir cheese daalain achee terah mix kerein. 4-Ab samosa patti lein aur us ko samosey ki shape dein us mein chicken bhareyn aur maidey aur pani ki lay se us ko chipka dein,
5-phir oil mein golden brown kerein.
6-podiney ki chaatni ya tomato ketchup ke sath serve kerein

~~~ Chicken Pakoras ~~~

Ingredients

Boneles chicken 250g, ginger garlic paste 1tsp, chilli powder 1tsp, mint powder half tsp, garam masala powder half tsp, salt to taste lime or lemon juice 2 tsp. FOR THE PAKORA MIX: sieved gram flour 1 cup, soda bicarbonate 1 tsp, salt to taste, black pepper powder 1 tsp, red or orange food colour half tsp, water for mixing, oil for deep frying.



Method

Marinate the chicken with all the masala and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. For the pakora batter mix all the ingredients for the pakora mix except oil.The batter should resemble thick dosa mavu. Heat oil in a frying pan and dip the chicken pieces in the pakora batter and deep fry it in oil on medium heat. When cooked drain the oil and serve with mint sauce. To make the mint sauce clean 2 hand full of mint leaves and grind it in the blender along with 1 tbsp of chopped onion, 3 green chillies,1 tbsp lemon juice and saltand grind every thing to a smooth paste. Pour it in a bowl and add well beaten thick curd (yogurt) and mix well. Serve this with any pakoras.

Paneer Samosa


Maida - 1 cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Salt according to taste


Ingredients for the filling:
Grated paneer - 1 cup
Finely chopped onions - 1/4 cup
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Finely chopped green chillies
Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
Chopped cashewnuts and raisins - 1/4 cup
Salt according to taste
Oil for deep frying



Method

Pour the maida into a bowl and make a well in the centre. Pour the oil, salt, jeera and mix well. Then use water a little at a time to make a fairly stiff dough. Make 50 paisa size balls and roll out into circles.

For the filling: Heat 1 tsp of oil. Add in the onions and saute till translucent. Add in the ginger and fry till raw smell disappears. Now add in the tomato puree and mix and then add in the grated paneer and green chillies.

Cook over a slow flame till all the moisture disappears. Now put in a teaspoon of the filling at the centre of the rolled out dough. Then gather the top together. Deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney.

Prepeation: -

Kachori

Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour (maida)
100g ghee or butter
A pinch of cooking soda
Salt to taste
50g green gram, boiled & drained
50g Bengal gram flour
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
A pinch of turmeric
A bunch of cilantro, chopped
A bunch of mint leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp dry mango powder (aamchur)
5g fennel seeds
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Sieve the flour along with salt and cooking soda. To this, add ghee and make a fine dough using little water. Cover and keep aside.
2. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the fennel seeds for few seconds. Then add drained and cooked green gram, Bengal gram flour, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, dry mango powder and fry for few minutes.
3. Also add chopped cilantro, mint leaves, salt and cook for few more minutes. When done, remove from heat and keep aside.
4. Make small balls from the dough. Take a ball, keep on your palm and press a little to stuff the above mixture.
5. Seal the edges with the same dough and press the ball a little to oval shape. Repeat the process for the remaining balls and keep aside.
6. Heat oil and fry the kachoris until golden brown in color and crispy.
7. Serve hot with tamarind or mint chutney.

Pakistani Potato Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 (4 pound) chicken, cut into pieces
* 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1 red bell pepper, chopped
* 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
* 2 teaspoons garlic paste
* salt to taste
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 4 potatoes
* 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large pot put chicken, with oil and yoghurt, over medium heat. Stir together and add the cumin, red bell peppers, ginger, garlic paste, salt and green bell peppers. Stir all together, cover pot and simmer over low heat until the oil separates.
2. Meanwhile, dice the potatoes into large chunks. When the chicken looks cooked and is no longer pink inside (after 20 to 30 minutes), add the potatoes and cook on low heat until tender, adding a little water if necessary. When chicken and potatoes are done, turn off heat. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve. Enjoy!

Pakistani Spicy Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS:
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
* 2 tomatoes, chopped
* 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 onion, chopped


DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large pot over low heat, warm oil and cumin; heat until cumin turns a darker shade of brown.
2. Add salt, chili powder and lemon and pepper seasoning; mix well. Stir in tomatoes; once the juice begins to thicken add in chickpeas and mix well.
3. Add in lemon juice and mix well; add onions and stir until they become soft.
4. Remove from heat and place into a serving bowl; serve immediately.

Pakistani Spicy Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS:
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
* 2 tomatoes, chopped
* 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 onion, chopped


DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large pot over low heat, warm oil and cumin; heat until cumin turns a darker shade of brown.
2. Add salt, chili powder and lemon and pepper seasoning; mix well. Stir in tomatoes; once the juice begins to thicken add in chickpeas and mix well.
3. Add in lemon juice and mix well; add onions and stir until they become soft.
4. Remove from heat and place into a serving bowl; serve immediately.

Cheese &
Chicken Balls
Ingredients:
One cup boiled chicken
Half cup grated cheese
2 boiled potatoes
2 tsp hara dhaniya
One boiled egg
2 tsp cornflour Salt to taste
Half tsp black pepper
Mustard half tsp
Cornflour 1 cup
Half cup bread crumbs
How to Prepare:

Heat oil in a wok or kadai. In a bowl put the mashed boiled potatoes.Put in the boiled chicken and grated cheese. Add to the ingredients a mashed boiled egg. Next add hara dhaniya and 2 tbsp of cornflour. Next add half teaspoon of salt and black pepper and also half teaspoon of baking powderMake small balls and roll them in an egg and next in bread crumbs. Deep fry the balls. You can also make these balls in the shape of cutlets.

METHOD


Almond Crunch: Melt sugar in a pan and keep the flame low. When it is half melt add almonds. When it is fully melted apply some oil in a steel tray and spread the mixture on it. Let it cool. Then grind it. Don’t make too fine it should be crunchy.

Take cream and add icing sugar and vanilla essence in it. Then beat it. When it becomes fluffy add almond crunch and beat again. Then take the serving dish and make a layer of the square cake pieces. Pour some juice on the cake. Make a thin layer of cream crunch on it. Cut all fruits mix them with fruits from mix fruit tin(don’t add juice in them). Make a layer of fruits in the dish then make a layer of pineapple on it then a layer of cream crunch. Repeat the layers but make sure that the top most layer should be of cream crunch.. Decorate it with cherries, pineapple slices, peaches and almond crunch. Then serve it chilled.
NOTE: Add as many fruits as you can it will become tastier.

thinly sliced green pepper and onions, optional
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheesePREPARATION:
Add yeast to the water and stir until dissolved. Add sugar, oil and flour. Set mixing bowl filled with dough in warm water for 5 minutes to rise. Pat dough out on a well-greased pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Layer toppings on dough in order listed. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes
